RAFFLE RULES AND PROCEDURES

RAFFLE RULES

  • Must arrive at raffle table between 12:00pm - 1:30pm to receive a FREE raffle bracelet

  • Volunteers and Sponsorship Table staff may pick up bracelets at 11:30am (limit 150)

  • Limited to 1,500 total participants, first come first serve

  • Raffle Frenzy will begin at 4:00pm and last approximately 15 minutes

  • If your number is called; you must be on-site and show your bracelet intact/attached 

  • Must be 16 years or older to enter and play (other prizes are available in the Kids Corner)

RAFFLE PROCEDURES

To Enter: Participants will be given a bracelet (which will be attached by our raffle volunteers) containing a tamper-proof seal and a 4-digit number. Each bracelet number will have a correlating raffle ticket placed in a jar. You must keep your bracelet attached throughout the day!

To Play: The Recovery Raffle Frenzy will be moderated by one speaker. This speaker will announce one prize at a time, then pick a winning number from the jar. Prizes will be awarded every 30 seconds for 15 minutes. If a prize is not claimed after 3 numbers are drawn, that prize will be held for the next Rally4Recovery event.

To Win: If your number is picked, you must yell "Winner" within 10 seconds and immediately make your way to the stage. Volunteers will verify that you have the winning number and that your bracelet has not been tampered with. Your prize will be awarded then and there! (Note; TV Prizes can be coordinated for later delivery if needed).
